Ontario PC Leader Tim Hudak congratulated Shan Thayaparan on becoming the Party’s official candidate for Markham-Unionville today. Hudak thanked Thayaparan for his commitment to bringing an Ontario PC Government to Queen’s Park that will provide real relief to families, get government focused on the basics and make private sector job creation a priority. Thayaparan immigrated to Canada in 1986 with very few dollars in his pocket and now works as a realtor. Married to Susi with three children Thanusan, Abbey and Harrison, Thayaparan has lived in the GTA for 22 years.
